The benefits of gifted and talented promotion
Uncovering the treasure trove of Country’s gifted and talented youth, and then offering them special opportunities, will sow the seeds of much promise and advancement.  This will not only contribute much to excellence in educational system in every province, but will also yield profits in the economic, organizational and social arenas across the country.

Target Population
At all levels, kindergarten, junior and high school ages (K-12), there are children with well above-average abilities: the gifted and talented students. In terms of their IQ, the gifted are those who have a score of over 138 (2.5% of the top of each level, including several hundred genius students in each country whose score is over 168), and the talented are the next 2.5%. In other words, the identification and fostering of the top 5% of the population could harness invaluable human resources. To do so could generate a revolution in the entire country’s economic, scientific and social status.

The current global status of identifying and nurturing gifted and talented students is only 19% of the world's countries (see our CEO paper 2011). We in Gifted worlds are trying to enlarge the number of nurturing gifted youth.
